The security deposit is paid separately from the rental fee. It will be refunded to the original payment method after the bicycle and all included equipment are returned and inspected, less any applicable charges for damage, loss, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or late return. Normal wear from responsible use will not be charged.

Important Rental Information:

• A valid photo ID is required at pickup.
• Riders must complete and sign the rental waiver before riding.
• The rider is responsible for following all traffic laws and operating the e-bike safely.
• The bicycle must be returned on time and in the same condition in which it was rented.
• The folding frame must be fully locked and secured before riding.
• Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive dirt, loss, theft, missing equipment, or damage beyond normal wear.
• Rental availability is subject to inventory, and advance reservations are recommended.
