The security deposit is paid separately from the rental fee. It will be refunded to the original payment method after the bicycle and all included equipment are returned and inspected, less any applicable charges for damage, loss, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or late return. Normal wear from responsible use will not be charged.

The helmet, lock, charger, keys, and all other included equipment must be returned with the bicycle.

Important Rental Requirements

A valid government-issued photo ID, payment of the rental fee and security deposit, and a signed rental agreement and liability waiver are required before pickup.

Renters must follow all applicable traffic laws and local riding restrictions. Helmets must be worn while riding. Racing, jumping, carrying unauthorized passengers, commercial delivery use, riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unauthorized modifications, and use on prohibited roads or trails are not permitted.

The renter is responsible for securing the bicycle properly and for loss, theft, avoidable damage, missing equipment, and late-return charges during the rental period.

Pickup and Return

This rental is available for local pickup at ELV Motors in Santa Clara, California. The bicycle must be returned to the same location by the scheduled return time unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.
